Shipping & Handling
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. I'm a one man show most days; if there are any exceptions to this, or delays associated with this timeframe, you will be notified by email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping rates are based on purchase total, and are as follows:
$0 to $49: $7.50
$50 to $99: $10
$100 and up: $12.5
Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 for addresses within the radius map below For orders under $50, we charge $10 for local delivery. I will be in touch regarding specifics of delivery date, time, and location using the phone number you provide during checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy
I will accept the return of any unused and undamaged products for a full refund in the form of original payment, less the original shipping fee. Please notify me within 7 days of delivery if you wish to request a refund.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@peacockstreetarts.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Such instances are addressed on a case-by-case basis, but I will try my best to work toward a satisfactory solution.
